Cosy,large double room in modern flat

Hi, I have a double room up for rent in a modern flat, its fully furnished and all bills included for 380 a month! The flat is first floor in a quiet area smack bang in the middle of the local hospital and manchester airport! I work long hours so you will have full lounge of the flat most days! I am a clean freak and so would like somebody clean and tidy to live with, preferably female but i will take enquiries from anybody! I am easy going to live with as long as you are respectful with regards to living area and kitchen and bathroom being kept clean and tidy. I like to socialise at the weekend and tend to have a night out maybe a couple of times each month, so the flat wouldn't be suitable for a party animal as i like my sleep :) look forward to hearing from you just drop me a text or email ! anastasia :)
