Room to rent Abergavenny

Looking for a née Tennant who leads a relatively quiet existence. I have children and they stay from time to time. I won't consider male occupants due to this. I don't have anyone round and have a social life but out of the property. Due to Covid I'm now staying for a while. Had planned on buying a new property at Cardiff. Other than this I'm a relatively clean chap, work full time, out through the door pretty early. You are also welcome to a lock on the door for added privacy. Looking for a like minded and friendly individual. Any questions please ask. Property is a top floor two bedroom apartment. Good sized double room with internal storage and plenty of outside parking.
