Share a large, 3 bedroom house in the heart of Abergavenny with a quiet, clean, mature, friendly lady and her pet dog Ted.

You will have three characterful, private rooms within the house: a choice of bedroom (large attic room or smaller room, both with great view) and a private lounge with a working gas fire.

The shared spaces include a beautiful, insulated sun/garden room with log burner, a fully equipped kitchen with great gas oven, a bathroom with shower/bath, utility room, mature, meandering garden with greenhouse and vegetable beds.
The house location is a 5 mins walk to town, the river, gardens, Nevill Hall hospital and you can even hike The Sugarloaf mountain from your front door - ideal for people that enjoy a connection to nature.

You will be living with my mum - a sociable (as much as wanted) lady who enjoys a simple life of gardening, crafts like needle felting and loves her friendly dog Ted.

Bills including council tax, electricity, gas, water and broadband are around £230 a month.

My mum has always kept a clean and tidy house and so the right person will be someone who will respectfully contribute, eg. load and empty dishwasher as needed, keep common areas clean and tidy after use, clean kitchen after cooking and wipe down bathroom.
