Double room with ensuite in Llanfoist, Abergavenny

Lovely light and spacious double room with ensuite for one person. Llanfoist Village, 20 mins walk to Abergavenny centre or bus stop nearby. 5 mins walk to Waitrose. Room is in a new extension so room and shared kitchen/dining are finished to a good standard. Room has patio doors to garden. Off street parking space.

I am looking for a tenant for at least 6 months. You will have your own space undisturbed and direct access to your room but as I am in the house a fair bit I am looking for someone that I get along well with. I am open to potential sharing opportunities with the right tenant E. g. dog walking, use of garden / vegetable patch, cooking meals etc. I do not have a dog of my own but sometimes look after a neighbour's. I would consider a tenant with a pet.
