Nearly finished, newly renovated large 4 bedroom detached property. I am looking for female lodgers to share my home. I am looking for professional working people who have integrity and are considerate to other peoples needs. Such as clean, quiet and friendly. My home needs to be looked after.

I have 3 double rooms, newly carpeted. They will be fitted with single beds, wardrobe and drawers. There is a shared bathroom with bath, toilet and shower cubicle. There is also another toilet downstairs. The living room and kitchen are also shared. There is plenty of parking opposite the property. Any questions, please ask.
