The person moving in has full access to living room, Bathroom and kitchen and want the person to feel at home.

The dog is a retriever and to be fair is good as gold, just wants attention and let out the garden when people are around. She’ll even cuddle up to you whilst you’re watching Netflix for the night ;-)

The room is on ground level. There is another 2 bedrooms upstairs and the bathroom and kitchen is on the lower level
