Location is Blaina , Abertillery.
Live in landlord and a dog so you should be fine with dog .
No other pets allowed I’m sorry.
The area is a quiet and peaceful with lots of views .
The bathroom, kitchen and lounge, garden is shared.
Room has been redecorated.
New washing machine, also new oven and tumble dryer arriving next week.
On street parking, no private parking.
Rent must be paid weekly (£90 ) and 2 weeks deposit (£180 )
Viewing available from 16th this month.
