King-size double bedroom with beautiful views, of rolling Welsh hills, in this cosy, clean, rebuilt eco-farmhouse.
The house is set in 4 acres of wild hillside; surrounded with a couple of small ponds, tree-swing and the old farmhouse ruins. A very peaceful area.
You will have mostly exclusive use of the guest bathroom, but it will be shared on occasion when we have guests staying in the spare room. All bills included: electricity, water, heating, council tax (band E), plus wifi, driveway parking, please ask if you have any other questions.
We are a 1 minute drive or 10 minute walk, from Llanhilleth railway station.
My wife and I have had various lodgers and house-shares before. We'll set aside your own kitchen cupboard space, shelves in the fridge/freezer, and share use of the utilities etc.
Pets could be accommodated, but it depends, reptiles, rabbits, fish, rodents, anything in their own habitat would all be fine provided they're clean, safe, etc. Cats or dogs might be ok, but they would have to be 100% house-trained and are more likely to be rejected.
We are strictly non-smoking everywhere. My wife is a vegetarian with a million dietary conditions and I eat anything, so regardless of your position on the dietary spectrum you'll be welcome to join in. There are also plenty of take-aways in the area.
There is a little space in the loft for some extra storage if needed.
