There is a Double Bedroom available to rent in a large 2 bedroom semi-detached property a 2 minute walk away from blackwood town centre.

The house offers a large kitchen and shared bathroom with both a bath and separate shower. The house has a large living room/dining room and a large garden.

The house is in a cul-de-sac so it's very quiet and offers easy parking right outside the house.

The house is furnished throughout except for the bedroom itself, so there is a sofa, dining table, washing machine etc all for shared use.

The bedroom is an unfurnished double room, big enough to fit a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk if required.

I am looking for a professional to rent the room to. I work from home so I am looking for a respectful individual who will be mindful of loud noise whilst i'm working.

I'm afraid smokers and pets are not considered, but couples are welcome.

Bills are not included with the rent, however these are already set up and so these would be split equally with each occupant.
