Large double bedroom in friendly quiet house

We have a large double bedroom available for rent in Blackwood down a quiet no-through lane. Easy walk into town.
Downstairs the house comprises an entrance porch with downstairs toilet, a kitchen and utility room (washing machine, dishwasher) and a lounge/diner, rear access out on to a deck that gets plenty of sun, and a large sloping garden. Upstairs we have a large bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a study.
We have a 5 year old large Labrador mixed breed dog who is extremely friendly and will want to be your best friend.
My husband works a rotating shift pattern hence asking for females only as I will often be by myself in the house.

We're a relaxed and respectful pair who aren't overly social. We would appreciate someone who is tidy, will happily make friends with our dog and is sometimes happy in their own company (as we both are!).

All household bills included (extra fast fibre broadband).
