New 2 bedroom flat with an open plan living room/kitchen.
Located in Sudbrook. Very quiet area with great access to local scenery. Situated right on the river Severn.
I’m employed full time but work from home a few days a week. I’ll be moving my home office into my bedroom soon. I like to stay active so I go on daily walks and go to the gym daily.
I’m a friendly person so you won’t get any grief from me. My ideal roommate I hope is the same.

All I’d ask is that you’re respectful and tidy (not ridiculously tidy I’m not a clean freak).

Plenty of power outlets. Wifi is extremely fast if that’s important to you (300mbs download minimum).
