Furnished room, king size bed with built-in wardrobe and en-suite in a 4 bed house in Rogiet.

Large south facing garden, off street parking, driveway. Bbq and outside seating for when the sun makes an appearance.

All bills included. Fast wifi, dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble dryer, air fryer etc.

Lovely rural setting. Well connected by public transport with a train Station 5 minute walk that provides direct routes to Bristol, Cardiff and London and a bus stop outside the house. Supermarkets close by, M4 junction 5 minutes drive, 35 minute drive to Bristol, 40 minutes to Cardiff.

2 of us currently in the house, both 34, working professionals. We're laid back, friendly and sociable but also like our own space. Looking for someone similar, easy going, likes to chill and socialise and is clean and tidy.

Flexible with move in date, well behaved pets considered.
