The current house-mate (me) is the live-in landlord but for some reason, I can't change it on SpareRoom
This room is located in a detached house on Dancing Hill in Undy. It's a two minute drive to the M4, with easy access to Newport, Cardiff, Bristol and others.
The room itself is part of a 5 bedroom detached house. The house feels rural whilst still being with-in walking distance of Magor Square. In the Square you've got 2 pubs, a selection of take-aways and a couple of coffee shops.
The room would include shared use of a well equipped kitchen, containing all of the usual equipment as well as an American fridge and dishwasher. There will also be shared use of a utility room containing a washing machine and tumble dryer. Finally, there will be shared use of the dining room which you can see in the attached pictures.
All bills are included in the price, including use of Broadband. There's parking at the house for one car and there's also a small storage space for a bike.
Externally, the Tenant will have use of the back garden which offers a patio, a patch of lawn and a washing line. The garden offers views of a horse paddock and country fields.
