Whole Floor For Rent

We would like to rent out our recently decorated second floor, it has a large bedroom with king size bed and own living room and a bathroom. Kitchen will be shared with us. We do have a weekly cleaner which is included in the price. However please clean up behind yourself to keep it nice for everyone. We have a 7 year old. Also we have 3 small dogs and one cat. Our house has 6 bedrooms 2 living rooms a dining room, large conservatory and very nice garden. We have parking for up to 6 cars. We are a minute from the A48 away so very easy commute. Caerwent is absolutely beautiful and the local pub is 3min walk from us. Even though we have that much space we only want one person living with us.
