I am an experienced, friendly older landlady with a small slightly mad brown dog.

There are a butchers, convenience store/post office, chemists, take away, and doctors surgery a few hundred yards away and a fish and chip shop opposite. Plus a pub fairly close too. Chepstow is in walking distance, I mile to Tesco.
My tenant must not smoke at all but could be in part time employment,, as long as they have some activities on a regular basis.
