Single room, easy going place

I live in tutshill, chepstow, it's a lush rural area, little shop down the road and the neighbors are like family, we are always socializing.
I have a cat, he's super chilled.
I am a bit of a hippy, there is a lot of things in my house made of recycled pallets 😅
And lots of house plants.
A log burner which is super cosy in winter.
There is plenty of space for two people to coexist here but it is a small house so we would absolutely have to get on 100%, so if it is something you were interested in looking at we should probs meet up for a beer or coffee a couple of times first.
Um a little bit about me..
I play guitar (sorry) haha, I am a Christian, I am studying business management at cardiff MET and work from home, so I am at home a lot.
I love music, love cooking (was a chef for 8 years)
A bit about the house...
It is super super old, cosy little terrace cottage, little garden but spend a lot of time in the neighbors in the summer.
The bedroom is a little small, but fits a double bed in it.
I currently use it as an office but the desk in the picture will be gone when the bed arrives.
THERE IS A DOUBLE BED OUT FOR DELIVERY ON THE WAY.
Little kitchen, would prefer to take in turns cooking or something, but I really don't mind either way I'm super easy how you want to do things with shopping and what ever.
I wouldn't be up for having people over all the time either, but who knows if I meet your friends and we get on it could be fine too.
I'm very chilled and easy to live with, I will always be upfront with you.
Oh and there is a huge basement for storage if you need.
I am a social animal, we can both chill in the living room together no problems at all.
If you are not a student you will need to pay for your council tax on top of your rent.
