Double bedroom, quiet street, storage +

Available from early March, large double room in a bungalow on beech grove a quiet/posh retiree area of town. Walking distance to Chepstow is about 15mins. 5minutes to the closest pub. Parking available on road few seconds walk away. Only taking lodgers on for short term, need room back by end of September.

Room is fully furnished, double bed, 1 large wardrobe, one built in wardrobe behind, large shelving unit, 2 bedside table with storage drawe, 2 X chest of drawers, chair, 2 floor lights whichever style you want to keep, just repainted, just needs gloss which will do shortly.

All bills included, broadband, Netflix, Disney +, prime.

Current household young couple (Female 29, Male 39) and Male lodger (32). We are looking for someone professional, to exchange pleasantries with in social areas but largely will be able to occupy themselves. We like going for walks with the dog and exploring the area so aren't usually in unless we are working.

Final member of the house is 12 year old Ozzy the spaniel who like to run around and steal shoes/food if you leave your room open! Dog lovers or anyone with experience dealing with nervous spaniels is the perfect candidate.
