Solo Occupancy | Single & Double room

Hi there,

One double bedroom and one single bedroom, for solo occupancy. Small room could possibly be used as an office, wardrobe, snug area etc. Shared bathroom and shared kitchen. Unfortunately, I can't accept pets as there is already a dog and a cat at the house. Council tax included however, other bills will be shared 50/50.

Bristol, Cardiff and Newport all in a very commutable distance. Walkable distance to Chepstow town centre and train station.

My office space is currently in the living room so I would request that the living room is not used. There is however a conservatory and a back garden that you could make full use of!
