Room to let 1 mile from Chepstow station

To let: a single bedroom with window furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, desk, two-seater sofa and TV.
We are a professional couple with three primary school age children. We have a friendly short-haired cat.
The property is a four bedroom house with a garden on the Danes estate in Chepstow with a bath/ shower room and a second shower room. The house is one mile's walk from Chepstow Rail station.
We would like to let our room preferably to a non-smoking female of any age, occupation or language. We would not be able to let to a male because of bringing up our young family in the house, and would also not be able to accommodate male overnight visitors. We are open to letting to someone with a pet, as long as the pet is compatible with our cat. We have let the room before and you would be welcome to contact our previous lodger for reassurance.
