King with en-suite in Edwardian countryside house

I have for rent a king size room in a large Edwardian home. This is only on a Monday-Friday arrangement.

You would have a choice of two rooms, both benefit from dual aspect windows. The room is adjacent to a large shower and washroom, which you would have exclusive use of. The larger is 5mx4m.

The pictures show the delightful views from the dual aspect of the garden and estuary.

Additionally the rooms come furnished with bed, side tables, and I am happy to supply either a large chest of drawers and/or wardrobe. Open to redecoration discussion at your cost should you wish.

The home has a shared kitchen, with a dining area, two sitting rooms, conservatory, and a utility.

The house benefits from a garden (over an acre), hot tub, with views over the Severn and bridges. There is gated parking on the ample driveway, with cctv. A gardener and cleaner come weekly.

It is situated in a very peaceful location with no near neighbours.

Suitable for professionals who are clean, tidy, and respectful. A pet (dog) would be considered, if house trained and owner responsibly looks after them (additional cleaning charge). Driving to live here is essential. Bills included.

I am often travelling for work (1 week a month), the remainder I work from home (separate downstairs office). I am professional, clean, tidy, and seek similar.
Note I am only seeking one lodger to share the home with.
