A large king-size room is available in my beautiful Edwardian house, offered on a Monday to Friday (or other weekday only) basis.

You’ll have a choice of two bright rooms, both with dual-aspect windows and lovely views of the garden and estuary. The larger room (5m x 4m) sits next to a modern shower room, which will be for your exclusive use.

The room comes furnished with a bed and side tables, and I can provide a wardrobe and/or chest of drawers to suit your needs.

The house offers plenty of shared space:
• Well-equipped kitchen
• Conservatory dining and seating area
• Two comfortable sitting rooms
• Utility room

Outdoors you’ll find a large garden, sun terrace, hot tub, and summerhouse office, all overlooking the Severn and its bridges. There’s also gated driveway parking with CCTV.

The location is very quiet, with no immediate neighbours, so a car is essential.

Included: all bills, weekly cleaning, and gardening.

About me: I’m a professional who travels for work around one week a month, otherwise working from a separate home office. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful, and I’m looking for a like-minded professional to share my home with.

Well-behaved dogs may be considered (additional cleaning charge).

Chepstow is well placed for commuting to Gloucester, Cardiff, Newport, Bath and Bristol. With excellent connections to the M4 corridor.

If you only require a partial week arrangement, then I am able to offer this at a reduced rate. I am not considering any applications for weekend stayers.
