One Double Room - Chepstow

After two years, I am looking for someone to take my place in this flat in Chepstow.

There is a current tenant, Alex, who will be looking to find someone with similar values to move into the flat. Rent is 450 & bills 175.

The bedroom is big and comfortably fits my double bed, desk, and two chest of drawers. It comes unfurnished but I am happy to discuss If you'd like anything left of my room furniture (picture provided). The flat is a shared living area with Alex and has has a kitchen with all the basics including a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine/ tumble dryer. The bathroom again is fairly big with all the basics and there is a shared living area also.

Chepstow has been a perfect destination for commuting to and from Bristol without having to pay big rent fees. The drive has been 20 minutes and often fairly quiet and quick. You will also be in 5 minute walking distance of the train station and 30s walking distance of bus station.
