Double bedroom for rent

I have for rent my double bedroom, fully furnished. I will be a live in landlord along with my 8 year old son who’s very sweet. I have decided we need some help financially and for the time being I’m turning his room into one he and I will share. The apartment is set in a large Georgian Manor House. There are communal grounds at the front with beautiful views and a private patio of mine and then a private garden at the back I have just recently laid to lawn and started planting. There is a garage used for storage of mine and a private drive with allocated parking space.
I have bought this very recently and I’m still doing little ongoing jobs but it’s perfectly liveable.
There is a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. please feel free to contact me for any further details.
The bathroom is shared as but looking to turn the cellar into a large bathroom so may happen this year, creating two bathrooms.
My son has a little fluffy house bunny named Clifford. He’s house trained and very friendly so if you don’t mind a little grey bunny hopping around that’s beneficial.
I’m looking for someone that is friendly and easy to get along with. We really would prefer shorter term let’s as it’s not ideal I stay in my sons room for too long but happy to see how it goes and would consider longer let’s. Any questions please feel free to ask. Thanks fay
