Quirky Ensuite Room, + own kitchen & living room

On offer is a double en-suite room plus your own kitchen and sitting room, within a family house. Photos to follow. The property is an old cottage with large garden. There are shared entrances, stairs and laundry room and the household atmosphere is somewhat laid back! Females are preferred due to this being a female household and with children present some of the time, however males will be considered. DBS and references preferred. We are an LGBTQIA+ friendly household consisting of me, 66F and my daughter 36F. I am a Lay Pastor but I welcome people of all faiths or none.
Couples would be considered for a slightly increased rate. Parking is available on the road outside the house or you could use the garage. I have an elderly poodle and two cats. I would consider someone with pets depending on how they get on with mine. Strictly no reptiles however!
The property is in a small rural village so a car is a necessity. There is a well stocked Village Shop, a pub reopening this year and vibrant social events in the village hall.
