Quirky Dbl room, own kitchen & lounge, rural loc

Room is available for 3 months starting 1st November. There is a possibility for a longer stay but I can’t confirm that yet.

The accommodation available is chalet style annex to a character country cottage with large garden. It comprisies a double room with en-suite shower and cassette toilet. You will have your own separate fully equipped kitchen and sitting room located in the main house and shared use of laundry facilities. You also have use of the toilet and bathroom in the main house.

The rent includes all bills. We are an LGBT friendly household.

Current occupants are myself, my adult son, 2 small dogs and 3 cats. My partner is also often here at weekends.

We are about 1/2 mile from the nearest bus stop so ideally you will need a car(parking space included) Facilities in the village include a pub(currently being refurbished), village shop, church and various activities/entertainments in the village hall.

15 minutes drive to Chepstow, Monmouth, Lydney and Coleford. So great central location!

Our dogs and cats are rescues and can take a while to be comfortable with other people and animals so I regret that at present I cannot accommodate any other pets.
