PENDING Double room available in 3 bedroom house with one other occupant and a dog. Looking for professionals, non smokers, non vapers, dog lovers. The pooch is 9, loves people but not other dogs or kids. I currently live here (professional, female, non smoker) with one other who is moving out.
Room is a double, currently furnished but if you have your own furniture that's grand. Semi detached house with large garden, parking, washing machine, new cooker and hob. Located in Croesy, close to the shops, bypass and walking areas. Bus route nearby.
Not a party house, and just not to waste your time, no one who works shifts as the pooch likes to bark at random things.

*Bill are currently about 183 a month...gas and elec (65), council tax,(95 over 10 months) WiFi(15), TV licence(8). Proof of bill charges can be supplied on room viewing.. now "free to contact".
