LARGE ROOM available with Double Bed, Double Wardrobe, Central heating(combi boiler) with bedside electric heater, and fast unlimited WiFi. Bathroom with full facilities (bath/shower, toilet, basin). The room has views of the Cwmbran Stadium.

Recently renovated Toilets. All amenities provided, including fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster.

The rent includes all bills. So, you do not have to pay anything apart from the rent.

There is free parking about 30m from the property.

The property nicely situated just 10 min drive from M4, and about 10-12 min walk from Cwmbran shopping centre.

We also do not mind occasional guests coming over.

We are looking for a Professional, Respectful, lodger who works regular daytime hours.

Short term lets are considered although at a slight surcharge. Occasional overnight guests allowed (just keep me informed).

Please also note I will need identification (Proof of ID and Proof of address) and I will need reference from employer. I will also offer a tenancy agreement and receipts.

Note: Council Tax Band id D. Council tax Cost is paid by the landlord.
