I have a spare room available in my home in my cosy home Cwmbran with myself and my little dog!
I'm a Graphic Designer / Illustrator who takes pride in the quirky decorating & painting of her LGBTQ+ welcoming home near lovely hidden country walks in cwmbran, with great access to Motorway & Public Transport.
The double-size room is unfurnished, & currently undecorated - you would be welcome to paint & decorate as you please, provided it is put back to white before you leave ( unless I love it! )
I do have a spare bedframe & desk available on request, however, you would need to provide yourself with a Mattress.
No Deposit is needed.
Rent is paid in advance of the month with broadband included.
Bills for Gas, Electric & Water are split between the two of us as they are on meters.
