Short drive to local amenities such as a Morrisons & Tesco supermarkets, gym, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, with local parks and lakes nearby.

A (reasonably) quiet, sociable, respectful, trustworthy, clean, organised and full time working professional person.

Responsible enough to share some light duties in keeping there space clean and tidy.

Single occupancy - male or female welcome. Sorry no couples. This is a Room only bases.

Sorry no pets as we have a 3 & 1 year old - Staffordshire Bull Terriers.
