A modern, beautiful, cosy, peaceful house, where one female owner resides (DBS checked). I am a female teacher, so I am in school most of the time or out in the countryside.

· Room available for one person. Perferably a female or male who is DBS checked, a professional or NHS worker

· A double spacious room containing: double divan bed, desk, office chair, inbuilt wardrobe, chest of drawers, end of bed chest and TV with a fire stick attached.
The single room containing: TV with fire stick, wardrobe, chest of draws, single Divan bed.

· You have access to: Kitchen (including your own personal fridge/freezer), bathroom (shower & bath), the comfortable lounge, front and back garden.

· Included in the price: All bills (Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, TV licence, Wi-Fi) soap, toilet paper, cleaning products, access to Amazon Prime TV, wifi, Les Mills (Fitness app) and Netflix.

Use of weights equipment, if owner is not using it and it is treated with respect.
