Description
Hello,
I am tentatively looking to rent out the static caravan on my property to the right person.
I run a regenerative agriculture farm, managing the land with extensive grazing of cattle and sheep. The farm is very peaceful, there if not a lot of people coming and going, we live in the main farmhouse which is approximately 50 metres away from the caravan, but there is a garden between us, so it is not overlooked. It has previously been used as an AirBnB.
The caravan has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, there is a bathroom with a bath tub which has an overhead shower as well. I am looking to rent it out as a whole, not individual rooms. There is a comfortable lounge and a kitchen area with dining seating as well. The caravan is in its own fenced area with a small patio and wooden decking. The location is lovely, with views out into the fields. There is parking directly outside the caravan - note this is also shared with ourselves and our family and friends who visit, but there is plenty of room. We would consider pets, this is something we would have to discuss with the interested tenant. We have 3 dogs ourselves, and with livestock around, any pets in the caravan would have to be on a case by case basis to make sure they do not disrupt the stock on the farm. We are looking at cladding the caravan with wood to make it more aesthetically pleasing in the next couple of months!
The caravan has electrics wired in (which have all be tested recently by an electrician), LPG bottles for a gas fire in the lounge and cooking, electric heaters on the walls in every room, and double glazing.
You would need to have transport, as the farm is down a quiet lane, and we are 10 minutes outside of Monmouth.
We are in our 30s with a keen interest in regenerative farming and outdoor sports ... it would be great if someone with similar interests wanted to rent the space.
We are looking for £695.00 pcm for the caravan, and this includes council tax and electricity, however lpg would be at the tenants cost.
We look forward to hearing from anyone interested and are happy to answer any questions.
Sarah
