Single room on farm

Oak framed barn conversion on small holding 5 min drive from Monmouth town. Single room oak floors. All mod cons. Must like animals as it’s a farm and dogs. Some bills included. First to see will take this is a small bright warm room in a bespoke house. The room is small but the rest of the house is very large. I have set the rent at a lower price in return for occasionally helping feed the dogs etc if I need to go away.
