I have a lovely bright, fully furnished and maintained (I provide bedding, towels and a weekly clean) double en-suite room available for weekday rental. It is on the top floor of my spacious townhouse on the sought after Celtic Horizon estate.

Located only a few minutes walk from a 24 hour Asda and bus stops to both Newport and Cardiff, or a few minutes drive to J28 of the M4, Cleppa/Celtic Springs and Imperial business parks, Stats Office etc. it is perfectly located for convenience and a short commute.

There is private driveway parking in a mews area to the rear of the property. Cycle route 88 can also be joined within a few steps from the back garden where you can enjoy open countryside.

I have 2 lounge areas, so if you’d like your own space, the only thing you’d need to share is the kitchen.

One of my previous lodgers stayed with me for over 5 years - which should speak for itself.

I am looking for a professional person who would respect my home and appreciate a clean and relaxed environment. Sorry, but no shift workers.
