The house consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large kitchen, dining room, living room, and 2 additional small spare rooms (to be turned into an office and additional bathroom in the future).

Parking is on street, but there doesn't seem to be too much of an issue finding spaces. Bills included. We have Sky Fibre broadband, and Sky TV including sport and cinema channels. Easy access to secure back garden where a bicycle can be stored.

Pictures posted are from when we bought the house so furniture will vary, but double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobes will all be included.

We have 4 gerbils kept in a secure enclosure. Pets from applicants will be considered.
