The room available for rent is the master en-suite located on the top floor of the townhouse. It is completely private, boasting a super-king size bed! The room includes copious amounts of storage and furniture, including a TV! There is also a large fitted wardrobe.

The property is conveniently located in Newport but close to the M4 links for the motorway. The house has a warm, cozy atmosphere with a fully fitted kitchen (all white goods) and a spacious living room.

I am looking for someone who is a working professional (female), clean and tidy looking to share in the comfort of my family home.
