Full Wifi with shared living and kitchen areas with myself there is also a large garden.

Close to amenities, Close to the M4 which makes it ideal for commuters to Cardiff and Bristol.

I'm looking for professional/student male or female any age. Pets & smokers considered.
I won't be around all the time so will have flat to yourself on occasions.
I do however have 2 small dogs which stay with me from time to time so must love animals.
