I am an easy going live in landlord looking for friendly, respectable tenants who are tidy and easy to live with! Any age/gender considered. Must be in employment. No DSS accepted. No parties or couples. Smokers considered but no smoking in the house. Pets considered depending on what existing house mates think (currently me and one other).

Furnished double bed room available includes a double bed and wardrobe.

Fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with shower and bath, open plan living/dining room, decent sized garden. 200mb/s internet. On road parking available.

Extremely quiet road which is blocked off one end so no through traffic. Just off Corporation road with plenty of shops/restaurants/takeaways. Corner shop 30 second walk away. 20 minute walk to city centre. Easy access to M4 and commutable distance to Cardiff or Bristol.

All bills included in the rent which is £350 per calendar month paid up front from the day you move in and that date every month thereafter. This rental will be on a monthly rolling basis where either you or myself can give one months notice to end it. £150 deposit required.
