Double Bedroom for rent in Risca

Large furished double bedroom available to rent at my property in Risca from July. I am currently doing some renovations that should be finished within a week.

Located 5-10 mins from the M4 with a bus stop and train station all within walking distance.

All bills included and the property has Sky tv and broadband.

I'm ideally looking for a professional individual who is still working (not at home) to rent the room. The rental term would be 6-10 months maximum due to looking to relocate from then.

I am currently working a mix of from home and in the office. My preference would be for someone who is not working from home.
