The sale of the house has recently been agreed however as per most quickest house sales the house and therefore the room will almost definitely be available for 3 months at least.

Perfectly located on a quiet and friendly street, the house is walking distance to the City Centre, Newport train & bus station and is a two-minute walk from the various takeaways, hair dressers & shops of Malpas Road with a petrol station, Aldi and Sainsburys within a five to ten-minute walk.

The location also provides almost instant access to the M4 (J26) for those commuting in the Cardiff & Bristol directions.
