Double room in quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Tredegar House and lake. Council tax band E.

Bathroom next to the bedroom exclusively for use of tenant.

Room is fully furnished and the tenant will have full access to the house . Off road parking is available. There is also a reasonable amount of storage space available in the garage.

I work night shifts in Cardiff and am home during the day.

Tenant must like dogs as I have 2 border terriers who are friendly and quiet.

Good access to Newport and on to the M4 with good transport links to both Cardiff and Newport.

I am not around a lot in the evenings unless it's a night off. I'm friendly and accommodating and looking for someone who wants to make the house their home while they are here and not feel they have to be shut in their room all the time.
