We'll need to check the room for dampness and mold every 4 weeks due to previous lodger issues.

This is a quiet household and relaxing atmosphere.

I have a 15 year old cat and a 3-year old, 40kg American Bulldog/Staffy mix (so ideally you like animals).

Less than 5 minute walk to Bellevue park/Royal Gwent Hospital, 15 minute walk to Newport train station.

10 minute walk to Shopping Centre (Friars Walk) and town Centre.
