We'll need to check the room for dampness and mould every 3 weeks due to previous lodger.

This is a quiet household and relaxing atmosphere.

We have 2 cats and a American bulldog pup (17 month) so ideally you like animals.

Less than 5 minute walk to Bellevue park/Royal Gwent Hospital, 15 minute walk to Newport train station.

10 minute walk to Shopping Centre (Friars Walk) and town Centre.
