About me -
I work from home but occasionally do visits away from home
I have a puppy border collie living with me. Pets welcome as long as they get along with each other! (No cats sorry due to allergies)

About the area -
2 minutes from A4 - great transport links for students or professionals wanting to travel into Cardiff or Bristol
Train station 10 mins drive away and bus stop 2 minute walk
on street parking with no permit required
Quiet neighbourhood despite close transport links

Application-
I'm looking for someone mature, clean and tidy, respectful of the neighbours and communal living areas.
Someone who doesn't mind dogs is a MUST as you'll be living with a puppy
