Unfurnished double room (New estate)

Greetings, I'm Steven, a 30-year-old Fire Safety Consultant. I currently call home a charming three-bedroom semi-detached house, which I share with my flatmate Sofo, a 32 year-old local financial analyst who often spends months back home in Greece.

I'm excited to offer the guest bedroom for rent since my second flatmate Daniel is moving down south after staying here over two years. It’s will be unfurnished and has a shared upstairs shared bathroom with myself. I am very clean and only shower upstairs as I use the downstairs bathroom primarily since I converted the living room into a large bedroom/office for myself.

Our shared spaces encompass a spacious garden (under renovation), a well-appointed kitchen/dining area, and an upstairs converted office that's been transformed into a cozy lounge. I've relocated my living space downstairs to accommodate my office setup.

I'm seeking a minimum 6-month commitment on the tenancy agreement with one month doposit and one month up front.

The utility bills and fibre broadband are included in the monthly fee.

The photos are out of date, back when a photographer took pictures when I considered selling the property back in 2022.

The ideal person would be between 20-40 years old, working professional, clean, tidy, non-smoker and has no pets.
