I have a room to rent for a lodger in my 2 bed flat for single occupancy. The flat is on the second floor of the building.

I am looking for a professional who works days, a contract worker or a student.

Rent is £475 per calendar month with a £250 deposit refundable at the end of the rental if everything is fine with the room when you leave.

The room is currently furnished with a single bed, drawers, a small wardrobe, a desk and chair and a cupboard.

There is a bathroom and separate toilet also a small functional kitchen.

The flat is 5 minutes from Junction 24 of the M4 so handy for Newport, Cardiff or Bristol.

There is on street parking available on a first come basis

All bills are included and there is broadband in the flat.

Please note that references will be required, and you must be in regular employment and be able to demonstrate affordability.
