Double room in Apartment with Balcony

Please read entire description to avoid any misunderstanding. I have a nice furnished bedroom available in my flat. The room has been made from taking space from the lounge and has an artificial partitioning wall which can be opened to create a larger space. There is still privacy but with a slight compromise due to the location of the room being adjacent to the passage/corridor leading from the front door to the other rooms, meaning that people will be walking past the room when entering and leaving the property, however both housemates work full time. Highly recommend viewing to get a better understanding of the layout before committing. Entire flat is fully furnished to high/nice standard. You are sharing the apartment with myself and a male housemate. Its available for long term. There is use of living room, kitchen and bathroom available. Internet and washing machine is available. Its a pretty well cozy/cool flat. Secure storage available .(no extra charge).I would consider to have a couple with no more then a child but i am going to double the rent for who is interested. A couple with no children rent would be 900 per calendar month.
