I am a live-in landlord looking to lease 1-3 spare double bedrooms in a large, detached house in Newport, Wales.

I spend quite a lot of time working and travelling, and my partner stays over on some weekends.

I have a very well behaved and friendly dog named Lemmy.

I am easy-going, but I like to keep my house in order. I am looking for a clean and tidy housemate and will not continue any tenancy with unhygienic or messy individuals.
