I have a double bedroom available in a new build house, approximately a 3 minute walk from the Gwent hospital.

Room-

Blackout blinds, Double Bed/Mattress, Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers and Bedside table

House amenities -

-Shared living room (This is mainly for the lodgers, i dont use it often)
-2 shared bathrooms (one on ground floor, one on 1st floor w/ shower/bath,
-Washing machine,
-Dishwasher,
-Garden
-Study (Shared between both lodgers )
-2 dedicated parking spaces at the back of the house, with a shared street bay directly in front of the property.
-Fridge, Freezer and an extra chest freezer.

All bills included.

Currently have one other tenant, but they are moving out towards the end of September, so will be advertising that room as well when it comes available.

Local Amenities:

15 min walk to Asda, close to major routes going into/out of Newport

Pets - subject to discussion - i am open to pets, but would need to discuss a slightly increased PCM fee (no change to deposit)

A little about me -

Im in my late twenties, enjoy cooking a lot, and you'll normally find me in my room unless im cooking - the majority of the space is for you to use. I'm pretty chatty and i work from home (i have a dedicated workspace seperate from the study). Really just looking for some other people who are quite chill and a similar age bracket to me
