Quiet comfatble place near Newport centre.

I am looking for a professional lodger to share my lovely, clean, home close to the city centre. It is quiet and peaceful, with river views. About 20 minuites walk (4 minutes drive) to the Royal Gwent Hospitial. Very close to all amemnities, for example Asda, Morrisons ect. Close to many takeaways and restaurants. Plenty of gym and sport facilites locally. It would suit a working mature professional who appreciates quieter lodgings. It is being advertised on the basis of a Monday to Friday let. Some flexibility could accomadate weekend over time if necerssary

I am able to offer above average accommodation. The furnished double room is located on the ground floor of a three story town house, which has patio doors leading to the garden. There is a separate shower room and toilet next to the room. There is also a utility kitchen which is kitted out with its own microwave, double ring hob, cool box, kettle and toaster. This is in addition to the use of the main fitted kitchen located on the second floor, along with the lounge and office.

It has a private driveway for parking. There is an enclosed rear garden, and the property backs onto the main cycle/footpath, adjacent to the river. Newport bus station is about 15 minutes walk also with close bus stops and the train station is about 25 minutes walk.
