City centre property with a spare room available close to the M4 and a 9 minute walk from Newport train station.

A double room is available to rent in a semi-detached property with the use of a double bed, in built wardrobes and chest of drawers. Furniture can be replaced with your own.

There is a small office that is available to use the majority of the time (I work in an office usually 5 days a week).

There is a shared living room and dining room available as well as a good sized back garden.

The bedrooms, downstairs living rooms and bathroom have recently been refurbished. The hall needs some cosmetic improvements.

I'm open to full time rental as well as just weekdays if that's required.

On street parking is available.
