The house is very spacious with loads of communal space and recently renovated to a high standard. It has two modern bathrooms, a large living room, a separate kitchen, and a lovely garden which will be perfect for barbecues and general chilling out.

This property is within walking distance of Newport train and bus stations and a couple of minutes drive to the M4. There is always free on-street parking available within a few metres of the front door.

The Friars Shopping centre and pedestrian streets in the city centre are just 10 mins walk and there is a wealth of shops and takeaways only 5 minutes walk from the front door.

Also very conveniently located if you work at the Royal Gwent and the Grange University Hospital and the University of South Wales. If you don't drive, the bus stop to link you to these sites is just around the corner.

You will only be sharing with other young professionals. The current housemates are super friendly so looking for somebody alike.

We also have a cleaner come in every other week to make sure the house is always clean and tidy.
