I have a spacious double room available from 1st of May. Room can come furnished or unfurnished, it is up to you; currently it is unfurnished.
You will be sharing with myself, I am a 27yr old health care professional who works full time. I’m a fairly laid back, clean person looking for someone similar.
The house is well looked after, plenty of kitchen space for the 2 of us and a cosy open plan living dining area. This is perfect for a young professional/student who does not want to share with multiple people. Water/gas/electricity are not included and will be split between the 2 of us depending on usage. Council tax and wifi included. Ample on street parking directly outside the property; no permit required.
